What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is 2 - 4 working days from when a customer signs off on their invitation proof. Total time is usually within 10 business days.

Do you do shipping?
Yes, we ship using UPS.

Do split the invitations so that each side gets the amount they need?
Yes, we do.

Is there an additional charge for colored inks?
Metallic Gold, Silver and Blue adds an additional $20 to the total cost of the order. Other colors add an additional $65 to the total cost of the order. We therefore suggest that you print your complete order of invitations, benchers and thank you cards at one time to omit additional charges.

If there is a mistake in the final product, whose responsibility is it?
While we do our best to make sure there are no errors, we do require customers to sign off on the final version of the invitation. This sign off indicates that you have reviewed the invitation and it is ready for printing. We cannot be responsible for any mistakes once the sign off has been received.

Do you do address the envelopes with our list of guests?
While Vaad Printing does not do mailings, we work together with RSVP Services (Miriam Shmukler) and Nechama Hackner who do mailings.
